Tentative Atlanta Plan for EA IP meetings

SAEAF Overview	Seminar/tutorial to enable attendees to understand the content of SAEAF from a high level.	1 quarter, To be scheduled ideally on Monday!	Room to accommodate 60+ people	ArB to coordinate with Education
Using SAEAF	Seminar/tutorial targeted at folks who will begin to act as “SAEAF” liaisons between committees or projects and the ArB.	½ day!? To be scheduled ideally on Tuesday		ArB to coordinate with Education, Marc to add a few process/context elements to the course as needed.
EA IP Group Session	Provide a full update and engagement related to the process with strong focus on Alpha project learnings and next steps	Wednesday Q3 (or Q4)	Large space suitable for plenary	EA-IP team can lead the planning / prep for this. As we draft materials we should include suggestions for folks to attend one or both of the tutorials prior to participating in the plenary so that we can focus on the overall. More detail on Alpha project progress may be scheduled into more focused quarters (see below).
