2. Approve Minutes of previous meetings June 28 and July 12
   • June 28 - not posted
   • July 12 - Motion: Approve minutes as posted DL/BP unanimous
3. Publishing hData for Normative Ballot
   • Will produce Word document, need to verify if the material has been removed from the ballot site
4. Announcements
   • V3 ballot preview site is up
     • Some issues with care provision with handling Allergy and Intolerance
       • Originally thought to be in a single topic, now looks like two topics
       • Needs to be clear in the ballot announcement (amend the announcement)
   • Reconciliation deadline is Monday, affected parties have been notified
5. Update on Action Items
   • AS will produce chart/model/diagram to create a visual image of the Publishing Workflow
   • AS will create Publishing Steps Wiki page
