minutes
- AMS presented the revisions to the guide for ballot reconciliation; changes were accepted.
- We'll ask Anita to ask for withdrawal of negatives
- We agreed on the AAAM approach. AAAM has not given LOINC explicit permission to publish their questions without paying a fee. ACS has a relationship with AAAM and publishes a reference to their values today; we will proceed under this arrangement and use ACS codes for the AAAM question identifiers. We will not publish any AAAM intellectual property, viz., the answer codes; implementers will be instructed to acquire licenses.
- DSTU period will be one year: 1/14 to 12/14
- ACS provided three data samples to use in the DSTU process
- Criteria: one record successfully generated, received, and validated. We want more, but we won't declare failure unless the number is zero.
- Codes for AAAM questions will be the same as they are in NTDS today, but they will have an ACS code system OID (2.16.840.1.113883.3.2898.12.2).
- Jay presented the change control process (see slides in agenda)
- We began the publication request document, but did not complete the prose sections
- We announced the Trauma CDA training session for the following day.
