Result Group Description Should we support the result group as part of the coded observation RMIM and measured observation RMIM or is the intent to only allow for atomic (two-level using SubObservationEvent) or be able to build more complex hierarchies? See complex observation issue (should we not add to coded and measured but create a new, complex obs using this result group)?
