Several R-MIMs / CLinical statement roll outs require the CONC class tye

Recommendation

Needs to be carried through using appropriate versions of tools.

All D-MIM and R-MIMS to be checked and updated.

Resolution

To change all R-MIMs following the first change in the D-MIM in 2011
