In the response model the reason why a care provision started is missed. Also additional query topics should be added.

Resolution

The reason relationship is in D-MIM and refers to a clinical statement allowing all kinds of expressions to be included in the message. However Promise is a fullfillment of the request. Has only a link to the request. Therefor the Reason for relation to clinical statement has been added.
