Ioana led a modeling validation session for a Behavioral Health Reporting Use Case, Reporting Life Cycle state machine, and initial class model for the vocabulary. Madan confirms that the crisis is not part of an episode of care with very little reporting requirements. Transitions of Care as well as Episode of Care reporting will be considered as use cases. Potentially Crisis Care reporting may be considered. \
Participants discussed whether the CCD or other CDA templates can support reporting on pregnancy and postpartum, whether a client is participating in treatment voluntarily, assessment results, and substances that are being abused by the client.
Action Items
- Madan is collecting assessment examples for project review.
- Ioana will publish the model to gforge and a link will be provided in these minutes.
