• discussion on treatment consent (consent to treat)
  • usage
  • joined by VA, Utah who will be helping with use case, information
• no response back from HL7 research groups (RCRIM, BRIDG)
  • looking for consent to research information, outside of ONC group for input, use cases (especially looking for international)
  • we want to make sure to avoid conflict (US to international) despite having mostly input from the US Fed
