• Mapping threshold: because we are picking the most common, we don't need to spend time guessing at meaning of unclear & rare text strings.
• Penicillin class of dubious value. Most PNC are spurious, the rest are mild.
• Other classes are valid (nsaids, ACE inhibitors, opioids)
