Agenda
Agenda Topics
- Approve agenda
- Notice from HL7 HQ
- Please also note that over recent months, there has been an increase in the conference call invoice of calls that have not disconnected, resulting in charges for "empty" minutes (for February the overage was 1300 minutes). In speaking with our concall company, they noted that it is mostly like due to individuals using Skype and forgetting to disconnect at the end of the call. It would be greatly appreciated if, at the beginning/end of conference calls, co-chairs could remind participants to disconnect from the call to avoid these unnecessary charges.

Minutes
Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
- Approve agenda
- Read notice from HL7 HQ
- Discussed scenarios
- Want to focus on interdependence among registries more than internal registry behavior
- Will include links to IHE and HL7 HCPSDIR rather than copy text from them into our DAM
- Corinne noted that two scenarios are missing: link patient to provider (e.g., preferred provider) and ability of patient to "opt out" and not have their information sent to a registry. This second use case raised the issue of overlaps with Privacy and Security.
- Adjourned 2:58 pm EST.
