Example Scenarios
- Nutrition screening using the malnutrition screening tool standard (MST)
- Nursing assessment performed on admission to acute or long term care facility to evaluate patient status
- Primary Care Physician’s assessment for patient admission/recommendation to admission to Aged Care and/or Home Health Services
- Nutrition assessment performed in response to a consult to evaluate a patient with diabetes
- A medical history and physical for acute renal failure
