- June 22 - Rob McClure is joining the call to discuss his in person tracker GF#11354 Substance identified in both AllergyIntolerance.code and reaction.substance is problematic - 2016-09 core #512
- BR&R voted to transition ownership of AdverseEvent to Patient Care. Michelle Miller emailed FMG for their approval.
- Elaine proposes that we try to use this Thursday conference call to address AdverseEvent. The separate, dedicated meeting was warranted initially, but we should be ok. We should try to have a dedicated WGM quarter, so we can keep other WGs informed. Elaine offered to be the liaison with BR&R.

- "unconfirmed" subsumes "provisional" and "differential"
- Per Stephen, there are clinical disciplines (e.g. nursing) who may not use the concepts of "provisional" and "differential", but uses "unconfirmed"
