Issue

A domain that concerns the multidisciplinary collaboration (where the group is the executer) should be added to Care Provision

Recommendation

Add multidisciplinary collaboration topic. Part of this can be fused with Care Plan, but often the patient is not present but only his file is used. Recording the report is very important.

The participant relations is attached to Care Provision with a 0..* cardinality which does allow a multidisciplinary team to work for a patient.
