    • Review projects at each WGM to update status and target dates on deliverables at every WGM
      • Send updates to PMO

    • Review Balloting Reports from HL7 Website
  • Review PBS metrics at each WGM
  • Review Work Group Health measures at each WGM
• WG Governance
  • Review SWOT every 2 years – forward any changes to HQ or confirm that the review was done and there are no changes
  • Review 3 year plan - every WGM - forward any changes to PMO
  • Review Mission and Charter - review every 2 years – forward to Steering Division for approval
  • Review Decision Making Practice – every 2 years - forward any changes to HQ or confirm that the review was done and there are no changes
