• October 2 needed additional attendees, BP was not present for this meeting

Approve Minutes of Baltimore WGM

• Motion: Approve minutes as posted PK/BP unanimous (3-0-0)

Datatypes Task Force Recap

PK recounted the discussion from the task force teleconference. There is a process within V3 to manage changes and the announcement of those changes to the organization. Essentially, when breaking changes adversely impact an organization, the organization can petition the TSC.

• Motion: ITS complete the reconciliation of the prior R2B ballot, modify the document to accept the included breaking changes and to prepare the materials for normative ballot in the January 2013 ballot, PK/AS unanimous (3-0-0)
