Motion to approve Minutes Prior Meeting on 2/8/12

Moved by Kreisler, Seconded by Pech - unanimous

Endorse Harmonization Proposals

Beeler brought up the "technical review" spread sheet to high light items. Discussed the background of the proposal raised by Austin Kreisler in regards to six RoleClass codes that seemed orphaned (disconnected from a proper place in hierarchy. His proposal was to position these in the hierarchy. Beeler noted that detailed review of the circumstances showed that these were codes that were in the data base, but were not being expressed in ballots or tools. In early 2008, a change in publishing vocabulary exposed these codes, for which no Harmonization proposal or related documentation could be found. Beeler has an alternate proposal to retire these as a happenstance of processing.

Rik Smithies acknowledged that the item listed as "Duplicate" was in fact such and could be removed.

Austin asked to withdraw his proposal. A motion to Endorse Beeler's proposal made by Kreisler, seconded by Smithies passed unanimously.

Old Business

Kreisler asked that the MnM/Vocabulary minute on harmonization participation as a work group health metric be forwarded to the TSC. Beeler agreed to do this immediately.
