Issue

There is not a good method to structure templates. The definition is often filed in spreadsheets.

Provide methods for creating and applying templates to Care Statements

Patient Care has decided May 2011 to remove care statement structure and replace this with A_SupportingClinicalStatement CMET universal (COCT_MT530000UV).

In order to make this work: an explicit reference to how to template against Care Provision D-MIM needs to be present. PC will engage with Templates on this to arrange for such a specification.

Requirements: 1. Replace the Entry Points in D-MIM with a template specification 2. Allow nesting of templates in templates in templates
