Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

1. Approved agenda
2. Galen, Jay and Sasha held a conference call to coordinate work on the DAM
   • The Personnel Management DAM will be converted from Visio to Enterprise Architect UML
   • The PM DAM documentation is a separate HTML/XML file and will need to merged into the EA model
3. Ioana posted use cases from NHIN Direct to the project Wiki
   • Galen and Gregg noted that the use cases go beyond the Direct architecture but they are relevant to our project
   • Discussion of Registry vs. Directory, concept of Yellow Pages vs. White Pages
4. Steve raised issue of OASIS Reference Architecture for services
   • He noted that our requirements are missing "visibility" and "discovery"
   • Galen advised that these are considerations are relevant at design time and we are at requirements definition now

Meeting Outcomes

Galen will ensure that at the Sydney WGM SOA discusses the draft white paper offering guidance for an HL7 Semantic Profile for Healthcare, Community Services and Provider Directory
