- Mary Kay attended CIMI. Produce management group is an evolving concept for the members of CIMI. Counseled them on the benefits. Several people approached her about being on the management group. Austin notes we’ll be putting out a formal call for candidates when the mission and charter is complete. Austin gave an update at the facilitator’s roundtable about the CDAMG and how it will function. Met with 2.x publishing group; they are saying that their attendance is thin. Not much participation in further development of 2.x. Core activity is coming out of OO and InM. It is a mature standard with little change. V3 will no longer support new content requests, but will continue to support the ones we have. Talked about the topic of formalizing a CIMI product family but not much feedback from that group.
- Discussion over need to go back through a risk assessment process. Should look at having a conversation with Pat as she did the last risk assessment project. Shifting structure is necessitating a fresh review. Need visibility of where all of our rules are and who is responsible for what decisions.
- Need to articulate the implications of the RACI chart, and develop the rules of engagement for each of the new groups, showing who each group relates to and how.

- Latest call was 11:30 Eastern – decision to keep it at every other week starting in two weeks.
