Minutes
Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
- Harold not present; Richard able to begin
- Jay asked, prompted by CQI work, about notional complexity of CIMI models; Stan clarified no limit on structure depth or use case scope.
- Richard has potential issue with design-by-constraint paradigm; we'll see effect in early work products.
- He also observes that HL7 "neutral mapping" project may provide a way to name deeply nested elements conveniently.
- Earlier today, Deepak pointed out that a more specific reference model makes the problems go away. We are grappling with problems previously kicked down the road.
- Initial target element list not recorded, but reproduced here:
- Skin Inspection (coded elements)
- Braden Scale, adult (Ordinal, INT, scale)
- Ulcer (date, PQ, negation, composition (with wound))
