Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

1. Approve agenda
2. Review draft DAM for ballot
   • Jay noted that Healthcare Program registry and Healthcare Service registry are missing

     Service Registry may be implemented as a value set

     Program Registry more complex but content is probably outside the Patient Administration domain; will identify this as an open issue

   • Corrine noted that the wrong versions of the New Zealand scenarios were in the annex; she will send Ioana the correct versions
   • Group noted errors to be corrected before publication

     Add Corinne as a contributor

     Blank pages - diagrams are not displaying because they are missing annotation text

     URL's showing as text rather than links

   • Group thanked Ioana for all her hard work in preparing the document
