Comment: In the Glossary: I think the first definition is confusing. It sounds like client and patient are the same and if that is the case instead of "1. Client: A client is a person who may receive or has received healthcare services in the past. Patient is a role played by a client in the context of a health care encounter." I would say "1. Patient: A patient is a person who may receive or has received healthcare services in the past." Patient not client is used in the above example. Also I think that other terms used in the above example aught to be defined in the glossary like Originator, Witness, Originator, Intended recipient, and Signed by. Meeting Adjourned at PST
