The LRI IG contains a Newborn profile but never defines the time period patient is considered a newborn
Recommendation
Add usage note to PID-7 Date/Time of Birth. Usage Note: The definition of "Newborn" for purposes of the LRI IG is for newborn screenings; the timeframe is up to 120 hours/5 days.
