Rationale

Use of CMET is easier now for remodeling and in future to maintain overall consistency in HL7 specs.

Resolution

PC Accepted this in the May 2011 meeting. See minutes on website. September 2011 the model was changed. Jan 2012 the model change was accepted to go to ballot.

Revision History of this Change Request

CMET supportingClinicalStatement COCT_RM530000UV has been included in the model, but the 2009 version. Once the 2011 version has gone through DSTU, checks needs to be carried out against the older PC use cases that required then to constrain it to fit purposes.
