Yes, this is part of a volunteer organization. Several models have been introduced as projects / topics and after one or two ballot cycles have not been updated because nobody is interested anymore. Hence, these materials are going to be removed after an idle time. PC will start to be more critical in accepting sponsorship for projects. Current HL7 procedures prevent too long idle ballot work, but PC still has a backlash.
