- MOTION to approve: Tony/Johnathan
- VOTE: All in favor
- FHIR-Based Quality Framework (CQF on FHIR)
- Floyd describes project. Eric asks if it's just for US realm artifacts. Floyd states they picked both realms; it would be a realm-specific IG that would be for US, but the general recommendations are Universal. Paul clarifies that it would be a collection of IGs? Floyd asks if they would need a separate PSS for US Realm guides? Paul thinks you could do a mixed project coming up with a variety of content, but when you publish you provide the clarity.
- MOTION to approve: Austin/Paul
- Discussion: Brett asks about CDS hooks community; what's the plan for collaboration? Floyd reports they are working together coming up with examples for a possible comment ballot in May or a ballot in September that will include some of the infrastructure. There will be a subsequent ballot covering how to close the loop.
- VOTE: All in favor

- gForge ticket 8760
- Austin notes several issues. Open to adding things into the NHSN coding system that meet the use case we're dealing with, but not certain what is being attempted here.
- MOTION that this is not persuasive since value set is not extensible: Eric/Austin
- VOTE: All in favor

- C-CCDA R2.1 Volume 3 Update
- Discussion:
- Review US-Core presentation
- Brett displays presentation and will send out to the group after today's call.
- US Core Data in HL7 standards: US FHIR Core, C-CDA, others?
- Floyd states that it's clear what it is; what's important is that there is communication that US core is a larger concept and this is version 1, and there will be a mechanism to add in. Paul states he has a different understanding, that it was a renaming of DAF and is not expandable. Floyd: The current name implies that it exists and things can be added, or nothing can be added. The question is: is the scoper US, or the DAF use case? Is this scoped to DAF or DAF with a stretch? Is it truly the agreed basal US realm profiles on instances which other US projects should profile from and is open to inclusion? Brett: Not without a process.
- Floyd: Is this something that can, will, or should grow? Brett notes that a process will be developed to add new elements to US core.
- Floyd wants to make sure this group understands there is still significant confusion out there. Perhaps we should call it US Core Version 0.1 so people understand it can be added to. One problem is that it's not an actual published product.
- Slide 15 shows definition of US Core.
- Review US-Core presentation
