This section deals with proposals brought forward by members of the Pharmacy WG for updates to existing materials. There is a requirement to use this method for all changes to materials that have passed ballot and have normative or DSTU status. For materials that are still in the ballot process, it is also recommended to write a proposal, although trivial updates can also be submitted by bringing them to the WG during a meeting or conference call, or to make a ballot comment about the missing functionality.

Pharmacy WG Welcome

The Pharmacy Work Group helps to assure that the HL7 messages and models concerning medication related information - including prescribing, dispensing, and administering medication - address all of the requirements of the many stake holders and variations in different countries.

Conference Calls

Regular conference calls take place every Tuesday between Working Group Meetings at 2200 UTC (1500EST). The dial in number is (+1)770 6579 270 pass code 458 523.
