Approve Meeting Minutes from July 21, 2015 CBCC Conference Call

The minutes from the July 21 meeting were unanimously approved (0/0/13)

Patient Friendly Language for Consumer User Interfaces

• PFL IG final completed and is ready to turn over to HL7
• Co-chair administrative items are in process
  • Ballot reconciliation package has been uploaded with final items
  • Negative commenters have been contacted with request for negative vote withdrawal based on ballot comment response
• Awaiting remainder of responses from Anthem (Christol Green, David Tucker, Chris Cioffi)

Data Provenance IG - Update

• Project participants continue to finalize the IG for publication

Behavioral Health DAM - update

The Draft OCT 2015 publication of the Behavioral Heath DAM is available for review on CBCC GForge:

PASS Access Control Services Conceptual Model

• Project participants discussed where obligation services fit in an access control model. Diana continues to conduct research on adding obligation services to the current ACS document.

Joint EHR, Security, Privacy Vocabulary Alignment

• Diana created a proposed process for crafting dictionary definitions for EHR Lifecycle terms. She will seek agreement on the definitions using this process moving forward.

CIC request: HL7 Bipolar Disorder Clinical Scenario Review

• The Clinical Interoperability Council (CIC)’s Bipolar Disorder project team would like feedback on the Storyboard/Clinical Scenario for the Bipolar Disorder Domain Analysis Model (DAM) that is currently in development for an upcoming ballot. We are asking for feedback on the scenarios by Friday, July 24th. Obviously, the deadline has passed, but if you have any comments or concerns please contact Anita Walden
