• call to order 1:03 PM - Andy Brian and Lynn
• Minutes of 10/27 had quorum but just discussion with Woody
  • Brian moves and Lynn seconds minutes of 9/15, 9/29 and updated minutes of 10/27. Approved

• White paper templates PSS was drafted but Andy does not intend to manage the project. If there is no one who will accept responsibility as project manager it will not move forward.
  • discuss in Orlando; Lynn mentions that Project Services already has a project cover page template if that is all that is required.

• Referencing External Content - discussion
  • External references to other published standards ok
  • Need concept of permanence; reference to someone's blog is not acceptable as part of a standard and HL7 cannot accept responsibility for keeping someone's WordPress account active
  • Permalinks not currently used to refer to external content sources.

• ANT Refactor Project - Andy hasn't had time to invest lately

• Announcements: we opened the ballot; CMET variant glossary references not resolving; local versus global glossary reference

• Around the table:
  • Brian asks about project to clean up old examples in v2.x documentation.
    • Don Lloyd supposedly went through the publication and dumped to a word doc by chapter. He'd like to find it.
    • Lynn can look for it on the listserv archives. He may have sent it to cochairs and editors list. Lynn sends him a link from the v2-editors list.
  • Lynn reports that the RIM R7 has not yet requested publication and needs to have a new version submitted under ANSI Continuous Maintenance.
    • She has emailed Jean and Woody; Andy suggests she include Ted. If still no response need to contact all the MnM cochairs.
  • Brian reports that last Tuesday on the 3 PM V2 call Frank showed some prototypes on the V2+ project with chapter 2c and 3 rendered in HTML.
    • Frank not available on the 12/15 call.
