Notes from Don Lloyd

Normative Edition

Final content determined for Normative Edition

Current Ballot

  • Will use existing process this cycle
  • Will publish from MIF next cycle
    • Over the summer with fewer competing tasks
    • Extended cycle (Fall WGM is later in year) allowing more time for testing and applying corrections
  • New RIM (from Harmonization) ready to publish

CMETs

CMETs from Gunther - no new action

AK: if CMET are used/referenced by other domains (not the creating/defining domain) the CMET needs to be located in COCT (and added to the appropriate PubDB)

  • MnM is where issue should be raised

CMET deadline was the Sunday previous to the meeting.

Around the Table

GWB

There is a new design repository plus new Rosetree available for download (contains the changes from the most recent Harmonization)

Update contains proposed changes from the most recent Harmonization --Astechishin 19:16, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

GS

Vocab domains - X_ (uppercase 'x') can cause problems

GWB: should be in Q/A report

  • Q/A seems to be from Sep/09 for Jan/10 - need to resolve for next ballot
  • RMIM Designer validation does not catch (bug created on GForge by GWB)

Also noted some issues with reverting to previous version in Subversion

Action Items

(Carried forward as they were not posted)

  1. GWB: In RMIM Designer, QBP Value parameter is displaying CWE for all data types, unless you open the class and close - verify that this can be fixed by an automated update.
  2. AS: Check with Lloyd McKenzie on the representation of requirements in MIF
