Minutes of Recent Publishing Conference Calls

Review Proposed Subversion Directory Structure

We discussed the directory structure and agreed to go forward with it. Among the items not explicitly covered in the structure are:

• CMETs - agreed that the individual domains would include their CMET designs in their models sub-directory, and would have either a separate CMET PubDb in databases or would include a COCT "domain" in their own primary PubDb. Publishing will figure how to merge these.
• modifiedRows.xml file - Agreed that each domain should put a modifiedRows file in their own configuration directory if they need such a file. Publishing will need to create a merge transform

and process for these.

Agreed to ask Wilfred Bonney to add Austin Kreisler, Gregg Seppala, Patrick Loyd and Andy Stechishin to the list of "committers" for the v3-ballot-pkg project on SVN.

Discussed need for "how-to" education on SVN in general, and tagging in particular. Andy will seek out Wendy Huang's Tortoise-SBN How-To and help build on that.

Discussed Candidate software for Ballot Left-hand menu script

Agreed to ask Michael Krot to prototype some of these as a test of utility in the HL7 Ballot configurations.
