If/when a flavors of Null in HL7 Version 2 proposal is re-submitted, it must answer the following questions: • Provide analysis of backward compatibility. • Provide analysis of impact on conformance. • Provide analysis of impact on definition of data-types. • Provide detailed analysis of version 2 and version 3 representations of the same data. • The proposal will not be accepted unless presented at least 2 working group meetings before the publishing deadline.
