  • No suggestions. I'd like to see some generated submissions go through.
• Progress: no automated generation yet, but confidence it may be possible for next meeting
• Validator: not yet available; trying to make it available for next meeting
  • Validator will work as it does now: it will identify errors by NTDS code, not CDA conformance identifier
• Team would prefer the guide re-published with the LOINC codes we have, even if not yet complete
• We will change 6.3 from Boolean to CD
• Ask LOINC where the "code" values came from for 74199-1
• Lancet draft review
  • Confirm containment & organization (looks ok on cursory view)
  • Make sure value code systems OIDs are for code system, not value set

  • 4/28: header: patient (ImageTrend)
  • 5/12: subentries 6.1 (observation); section/entry structure (CDM)
  • 5/27: subentries 6.3 - 6.8 (observations) (ESO)
  • 6/9: subentry 6.2, 6.10 (encounter); 6.18 (transport) (Lancet)
  • 6/23: workflow & versioning
  • 7/14: subentry 6.11-6.16 (observation & procedure)
  • 7/28: subentry 6.9, 6.17, 6.19, 6.20 (misc.)

Open Action Items

• Jay to forward most current file to the group
• AMS - republish the guide with LOINC values (and changes identified in log)
• Jay - identify correct value sets for FIPS/GNIS
• Team - log into tracker, make sure you can enter issues

Closed Action Items

• Jay - determine whether sections must be sent in order: technically no, but validators & voters may expect it, and no additional effort is involved
• Jay - confirm context control unnecessary: confirmed, but including it does not cause problems
• Jay - send LOINC & CDC URLs for codes (http://search.loinc.org/, phinvads.cdc.gov)
