Why do we need a communication plan?
- Project scope states "to highlight tooling available both within and outside HL7 community and to revise processes accordingly", and "to ensure interested parties can be fully informed about the Tooling Work Group processes and tools whether they are HL7 supported or available through other sources including Open Health Tools"
- In addition, the Tooling WG has enjoyed the dedicated support of a few individuals for a number of years and wishes to supplement these individuals' contributions by recruiting additional talent and resources into tooling development.
