Secretary Sally Writer is preparing the patient list for the next day. She notices that James Forgetful has an appointment the next. He usually tends to forget his appointments. She decides (Appointment Reminder Notification (PRSC_TEyyyyyyUV01)) to send him a notification about next day’s appointment. James Forgetful has agreed that he can receive information from the hospital and he has stated that he want to receive notifications as SMS (text message).
