Terminology
Can we come to a very clear understanding of what is meant by "terminology"? Is this what CDC refers to as "vocabulary," which I take to mean "code sets" and "coding systems"? Does it extend to special HL7 technical uses of words in the IG? Do Object Identifiers (OIDs) count as "terminology"?
