David has reviewed the DAM document. All surplus information has been discarded.
The information in the table ( chapter 7) has been removed. It seems redundant.
The intention of the table was to show the difference between data without concerns and information with concerns.
Michael to inform Larry and Stephen about their viewpoint.
Need to harmonize definition of Care Plan. David will ask Stephen for the definition.
Michael to provide the picture of the Patient Journey Scenario.
Should Angelina Jolie be removed? The intention of this use case is to provide an example where a concern is linked to data from another patient. In this case records of Angelina's mother, who has died of breast cancer.
Stephen argues that this is linked only to family history.
Other use case where concern need to be linked to other patients are fetal screening on possible genetic deficiencies. Research is done with specimens from father and mother and you need to distinguish these sources.
This topic needs to be explored further. The current model for Health Concern does not support this yet.
