1. Austin requested that we put together a project scope statement so that the relationship between this project and other SAIF projects can be more clearly established. Woody volunteered to put together a draft to distribute on the list.

2. Walked through the existing list of artifacts. John K. showed some of the NCI documentation and agreed to revamp the existing artifact list to do some categorization and flesh out the list of behavioral artifacts

3. Others requested to review the list of artifacts, the artifact definition template and the set of criteria for "what is an artifact?" with the intention of finalizing these on next week's call

4. Will keep the same call time: Fridays, 1pm Eastern. Woody will set up a recurring call notification
