• Approve Minutes of Publishing_Call_Minutes_20161024 - postpone
• Announcements
  • Andy notes there was a PSS still needing attention otherwise progress to ballot is proceeding
• V2 Management
  • Last V2 call just Lynn and Frank
  • V2 going to ballot this cycle; pending updated documents from Frank post-harmonization
  • Lynn anticipates receiving final content by December 4
  • There is another release expected after V2.9, will be refactored (2.X)
• V2 Publishing Issues - none at the moment
• V3 Publishing Issues - Lynn uploading preview site now, going OK.
  • PAxxxxUV.vsd and PAxxxxUV01.vsd duplication caused hiccup in generator, need to have them review carefully.
  • Assessment scales PubDB updates based on review with Andy and Michael Tan in Andy's queue.
  • Normative Edition prep
  • HQMF IGs are US Realm and can be balloted and published as standalone documents
  • EU Realm interest in balloting on HL7 International ballot desktop discussed
• Next Meeting December 5 after content deadline; decide if need to meet Dec 12 for issues
