Ad hoc call to share the DAM with the S&I team working on patient functional status addendum to the Consolidated CDA guide.
See S&I minutes for details.
Primary difference: DAM is for risk assessment while Functional document documents status. The Pressure Ulcer section is very similar to the pressure ulcer package of the DAM.
Issues to address in next iteration of DAM & conversion to specification:
- add dimensions
- review of terminology
- review wound model to add additional elements, e.g., induration, tissue type, infection, foreign bodies, necrotic tissue
DAM team may wish to comment on CDA ballot (out of cycle)
