Open Health Tools is an open organization committed to using standards based tools to increase the interoperability of health care applications. HL7 is a charter member organization and is seriously committed to developing tools collaboratively to benefit not only HL7 members developing HL7 specifications, but also those organizations interested in providing health care applications that are based on standards.
