Obligations
Obligations are the roles that have behaviors associated with accountabilities that are perceived as obligations within the community. Behaviors are collections of actions with Constraints on when they occur. A moral or legal requirement;duty. Responsibility and Contract are synonyms for an obligation. [World English Dictionary]. Also operations (specified by a Services paradigm) may be obligations. See Contract.
