2014-03-11 eDOS WG Call Update URL in Appendix C to NIST hosted message examples for eDOS when available. Bob may have correct URL from Rob. Treat as technical correction, correct URL recently became available. Freida to make this change in Release 2, DSTU Update 1.1, V35 posted on HL7 OO.
