Not sure why this is needed and contains Legacy SNOMED codes which leads to confusion as to which codes to use.

Recommendation

renove table 4-1 EXAMPLES OF SNOMED CODES FOR FREQUENTLY REPORTED ORGANISMS

Rationale

Not needed and is misleading since contains the legacy coding.
