Issue

Currently LRI-29 states :"ORC-12 (Ordering Provider) SHALL be the same value as OBR-16 (Ordering Provider)". This

Does not take into account there can be several ORC/OBR pairs in the LRI message and thus is ambiguous. In addition in LOI the coresponding Conformance Statement removes this ambiguity.

LOI-38: "The value of ORC-12 (Ordering Provider) SHALL be identical to the value of OBR-16 (Ordering Provider) within the same Order Group."

Recommendation

Change LRI-29 to state: "ORC-12 (Ordering Provider) SHALL be the same value as OBR-16 (Ordering Provider) within the same Order_Observation Group."

Rationale

To clarify LRI-29 and align with LOI-38
