Issue

OBR.13(relevant clinical information) is RE but is missing Cardinality ( P 104 )

Recommendation

Pending decision whether OBR.13 is supported in LOI make Cardinality [0..1] to support only fasting status.

Rationale

The value set pertains only to fasting status constrained the use of the field to essentially a fasting status indicator.
