Issue
LRI-49 Conformance statement is incorrect. It should have read:
- LRI-49: The combination of OBR-3 (Filler Order Number) and OBR-4 (Universal Service Identifier) SHALL be unique for each OBR segment.

- Motion to temporarily remove LRI-49 as it is not testable at the moment while we do not have an adequate solution yet to resolve the RN profile. We will have to resolve this to enable non-unique order numbers or drop RN if we cannot resolve this. Riki Merrick, Rob Snelick
