Discussion

  • Based on further discussions with ACLA, suggestion to make them optional in the guide with updated guidance (see September 13 version of the document)
  • Discussion indicates we still should look at C(R/RE) as O would be stating one does not have to support it.
  • Freida will double check whether either OM2 or OM3 will always be present, allowing for a conditional approach. If not, then RE should be considered.
  • Freida will come back to OO conference call to resolve.
