• mostly completed ; map to both consent and contract; comparison on amount difference is a unclear' APPC vs.xx?
• compare in complexity of contract; capabilities are shown in different ways--going beyond legal series and elvels of complexities
• if you are XACML world using xx... if you're not in that world that would not be the most desired approach
• Kathleen can send out separation theoretical vs spreadsheet work sometime this week
• getting close to wrapping it up
