A separate meeting is in the process of being scheduled to complete the ballot reconciliation

• meeting will be approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours long

• meeting will be considered official and voting on the responses will occur

Joint EHR, Security, Privacy Alignment

meeting conversation has been more productive

• currently working with updates to vocabulary diagrams
  • diagrams are more formal/formalized
  • Reed has added more diagrams to be used as use cases
• displaying terms as functions in the way, exploring how EHR systems deal with information and how those properties can be diagramed, what label (term) actually fits that diagram

New Work Item: Healthcare Security and Privacy Access Control Catalog

• NIB Submitted for January 2016 ballot, CBCC is listed as an interested party
• Security WG-sponsored ballot, document is already in progress
• Foundation Steering Division has asked to place this item as an electronic ballot
• on fast track
• Document draft materials need to be placed in queue very quickly for the January 2016 ballot cycle
